Bad turn out this week and there was drama with the scales. Still lost two and a half pound though, didn't win Slimmer of the Week (phew!), but I was awarded Slimmer of the Month...

Okay, just got in from fat club. Was already feeling slightly smug because I've managed to finally fit into a pair of rather swish cord jeans I bought last October. Yeah, I'm a big chap, I have been for years. I actually weigh a lot more than I appear to due to my huge shoulders and muscular legs. I've tried eating sensibly and walk to and from work as often as possible, as well as my regular rambles through Derbyshire. Still it wasn't enough ( Read more... )
