Random hamster

A household of college age dudes across the street had one of the most clean-challenged homes I've ever seen. One day one of them decided to clean house. I went over to see how it was going. Stepping over a stack of spears and miscellaneous Implements of Violence, I glanced at the stack of X-Men comics in the corner, atop of which a hamster was cleaning its whiskers.

"I didn't know you guys had a hamster."

"We don't", he said.

For some reason a random hamster just turned up in their house.
