grrr. last night was not good. i was in the mood to drink, which led to eating crap. i had a couple glasses of wine before we went to quiz, which was fine because i had enough points for them. but after we got to quiz, i ordered another glass of wine and a shot of Zwack. THEN doug and james both ordered fries, so i helped myself to those since i was getting those stupid alcohol-induced munchies. and of course, i slept like crap because i was overheated and dehydrated. serves me right.
heading to the gym after work, in hopes of redeeming myself. i'm not sure what happened to my self-control this week. which means i'm not looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in. ugh. oh well. once again, i'm trying not to dwell on it too much because it doesn't change anything. i just need to get through the rest of the day as best as i can and just think positive.
