so i'm having some knee problems this week. i ended up working out at home last night and rode my bike, thinking it would be less impact than running or doing the elliptical at the gym, but when i finished, my knees felt worse. i skipped my usual Wednesday morning workout today too. i'm going to swing by Walgreens after work today and pick up some glucosamine/chondroitin and start taking that. hopefully it will help. i find it kind of irritating that i never had knee problems when i was 74 pounds heavier, but lately they've been bothering me on a regular basis.
