yeah, i use the most points at dinner, most of the time. i've tried to change things up and make it one of my lighter meals, but it doesn't work well for me at all.
so far, i like the chocolate flavor the best. the vanilla is good too because it goes well with fruit smoothies. i'd stay away from the fruit flavors though. they have a weird aftertaste.

Also, you use the BL protein powder right? Which flavors do you like? I want to get some to add to breakfast!
