Countdown!
It's official- I graduate in less than one month!!! Regarding PC, my medical status is still in limbo so I don't know which country I've been assigned to yet- though I have my suspicions. If all goes as planned I should be getting my invite within the next couple of weeks so I just have to hang in there a bit longer. In the meantime I've been working at the high school assisting esol morning classes. It's pretty fun because I have a really small group to work with and I can actually see the results. I just hope that I'll have the same luck and enthusiasm 3 months from now.
This Tuesday I had sinus surgery---not fun. Tomorrow the doctor is 'gonna suction' my nose and I fear that is not going to be a pleasant experience. Oh well, I've been through worse. The upside is that I'm on some great pain meds that give me the most spastic dreams ever!
