I got my copy of Deathly Hallows this morning and then forced myself to finish working on some other things before starting to read.

I've read somewhere that before the sixth HP novel was published Rowlings said the second HP novel could also have been named Harry Potter & The Half-Blood Prince . I'm not sure this information is correct, but nevertheless this tidbit jumpstarted my realisation that are a lot of connections between Chamber of Secrets and Half-Blood PrinceHere are ( Read more... )

I just finished reading "Order of the Phoenix". Yes, I know I'm late finishing it, but I tried to take a long time reading it deliberately. I wanted it to last. Of course, I was already thoroughly spoilt when I started to read it. :o)
