Whew. I have not stopped all week! It's been a crazy, exhausting, but wonderful week, and I'm so happy I decided to do the O-show. Definitely doing it next year :)
Most of the week comprised of being at uni at 9am to get ready for an 11.30 show, after which we had ten minutes before the NEXT show, in which we had to run around uni screaming at first-years to come see it. And it worked! We mostly had packed out shows, which we were so happy about :D All up we did fifteen shows over five days- it was supposed to be 16, but a member of the cast broke his nose backstage on the last day (apparently the whole thing was terrifying because he was passed out and bleeding and everything- I wasn't there) and we ended up cancelling the next show. :\ Scary stuff.
But after cancelling the next show, we got back into it and did the last two shows of the day, before completely dismantling the set, cleaning up and heading off to a cast member's place for the afterparty! Which was so much fun, as always. I love everyone involved with the show so much, and can't wait until we have a reunion :) But in the meantime... post-show depression!
BUT my post-show depression was put aside for a while, as it was my sister's 21st birthday yesterday!! I spent the last two days readying the house for the many people who were coming, and it ended up being a lovely night (despite the weather) :) I got to have lovely chats with lovely people, and ended up improvising a speech (I had no time to write one, ahhh), but it ended up being good. Go me xD
Aaand now the house is- well, was- in a pigsty, and I had a friend come over today who I thought was only coming round to drop something off, rather than stay a few hours... slightly awkward with the house in an absolute mess and a couple of hungover people still hanging around in their pyjamas. XD Oh well, I don't like her anyway. *slapped*

*points to icon* xD Yeah, I love her. I know she's not to everybody's taste, and I understand why completely- to be honest I don't know why I like her as much as I do. But she and her music makes me happy, and I stand by the fact that even though she's extremely poppy, she has oodles of talent and is amazing at what she does. E.g., this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-pRJE3kTGw or:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oP8SrlbpJ5A&feature=fvwrelShe's clever, and an amazing performer- seeing her concert was one of the best nights ever, and I am so going again if/when she comes here once more. Hopefully with a better seat this time >.<
24. Tell us about the last movie you saw in theatres.
Bah, Burlesque. Terrible movie, made more annoying by the fact that I didn't want to see it in the first place, and that there are two movies out that I do want to see, but still haven't. Terrible script, predictable and clunky plot... there were a few lines in it that escape me now but had my friend and I in stitches cause they were just sooo bad. xD Though, good things about it were that visually, it was pretty- lots of dark reds and glitter- and the actual burlesque performances were good (cause let's be honest, that's all the film was made for). So yeah. All over pretty bleh.
25. Tell us about the last book you read (for leisure or for school)
Err... well, I was mid-way through re-reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, before I decided to ditch that and read King Lear (Shakespeare Society's putting it on this semester at uni and I thought I'd read it before I audition for it yay dedication xD. Buuut I haven't got very far with that, being so busy with the O-show. That and it's quite the complex play. :| But it's pretty mind-blowing, even for Shakespeare. Can definitely see how it's a lot of people's favourite.
26. Name one place you would love to visit one day.
Suu many places. Northern Ireland, London, France, Rome and North America are the places I'd like to see the most. Now for the money to do it.....
27. List your three favourite girls names, three favourite boys names, and your three favourite names for a pet.
Hmmmm. Aw man. This is going to take me a while...
Girls names: Georgina (especially when shortened to Georgie- cute as!), Abigail (not many people agree with me, but but...Abbey, come on!), and Chloe.
Boys names: Dylan (I was going to be named Dylan if I were a boy :P), Jonathan and Sebastian.
Pet names: Something with a Mr at the start, like Mr Shuffles, a name of another animal, like having a pet Turtle and calling it Hippopotamus, or Maddy Jr. I'm a bit evil with pets' names.
28. Your first celebrity crush.
Oh my god, so I just wrote this whole thing about crushing on Daniel Radcliffe when I was 13 (I know, bad choice), but then I remembered- Carrie-Anne Moss! Ahh! She's the actor who played Trinity from The Matrix, who was hands-down my favourite character when I was intensely obsessed with the movies. Me (and my sis) adored Trinity, and that adoration pretty much spilled over to the actor, which made us watch her other movies and generally dote on her. Though as I was, like, 11 at the time it wasn't really a crush, more of an idolisation.
Though remembering all this has made me realise that maybe I've never been quite heterosexual. LOL
29. Your opinions on the television show Glee.
I like it a lot :D I've only seen the first series, but would love to see the rest when I get the chance. It's quirky, funny and doesn't take itself seriously, which I always like in a show (hello Doctor Who). I have quite a number of friends who are preeeetty big fans of it, so it gets mentioned a fair bit in my life. xD
Ok, I'm done! Cheers for getting this far. Bedtime for me now- hope you're all doing great! ♥
