He looks up from the datapad in his hand as his HUD blinks repeatedly. He has a message! Reading it, he quickly realizes it's one of those strange questions that pop up occasionally. For a moment, he sits lost in thought.
Hmm... New Beginnin's? Well Ah certainly have made somethin' of that here in this place. Ah've got a new home, no war ta worry 'bout, and Ah got Red. Ah do feel a little homesick sometimes, but Ah couldn't be happier here where Ah am at this moment.
Ah think... We should always remember the past and learn from it, but sometimes we just need ta start over. Make a new life fer ourselves. Meet new people...
He blushes a little, kicking at the edge of his berth absently and tone growing softer than it was.
Fall in love... Ah think Ah read somewhere once, every end is a beginnin' and every beginnin' an end. Ah just hope this new beginnin' is tha start of somethin' better than what ended back on Earth...
