Hello Again

1. ‘You made the fire. Now burn in it!’

2. ‘Yes, of course,’ the Seeker cooed, a mocking edge to his voice as he steepled his fingers in front of him, ‘I would expect no less of you, my dear Prime. After all; ‘freedom is the right of all sentient beings. It’s not your fault that Decepticons don’t qualify as such.’

3. The smell of burnt plastic and heated fluids filled the cellblock as the detained Seeker wailed and writhed within his prison. Thin seams of yellow liquid rose up from jagged fissures as they spider-webbed across silver plating; the Seeker’s armor seeming to desire to turn itself inside out. Bits of metal and glass slowly reshaped themselves, polished exterior plates steadily altering their color, as spasms and stifled gasps held reign. It ceased abruptly, the scent of ozone and energon remaining, but no longer was it Starscream who resided in their brig, now a new mech, one who still looked vaguely familiar, took his place.

4. Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage. -Anaïs Nin

5. The silvery Seeker looked up at him, unmasked face and damaged optic a beautiful contradiction, features tired and shoulders slumped. ‘You know, Prime, its funny; you’ve been expending so much effort to defeat an enemy whose already been beaten. Just not by you.’
