First post...
1) G1: Seeker's are all femme's as we know them, Seeker mech's are actually shuttles like Skyfire. Think like with lions... the male's are bigger, but pretty much only there to mate and protect the females/cubs whle the females do the hunting and most of the work. Hence why there are more femme's to mech's with Seekers. Starscream was pissed with Skyfire for being a fail!Mech when it came to protecting her and siding with the Autobots/organics.
2) TF2007: Optimus/Barricade. I had a rather bizarre dream with this pairing. Involving a mystery murder and Barricade on the run with Optimus on his tail. The dream was a human!AU, but that's less important.
3) Firefly inspired: The Autobots are the Alliance, while the Decepticon's are more like the Independence, after their rebellion they were defeated, the survvors are now mostly trying to make a living on the edge of society. Usually by less than legal means. Disllusioned Autobots in the ranks would be cool too, mostly since Ironhide as a 'Jayne' type character is just awesome.
4) "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain... Time to die."

5) "Rachet finish patching up Sunstreaker! Ironhide grab any ammo you can find! Skyfire get ready for takeoff, I want us out of here in five minutes and Sideswipe... try not to steal too much of their shit."

6) So many sparkling fics out there... anyone see the war being called off because no one can afford daycare? Or maybe a group of mech's making a fortune out of running one (I'm thinking aerialbots).

10) Soundwave as the puppetmaster, not only controlling Megatron... but Optimus as well.
11) Crossing dismensions, the mech's are transported to another universe... and meet their human/organic counterparts.
