1) Whenever we see those “X-turned-into-sparkling-via-gun/explosion/etc” fics, it always ends up with the Autobots taking care of the sparklings, whether they’re Autobots or Decepticons. Why can’t the Decepticons take care of them for once? And actually be good at it? Tell me you can’t see Soundwave collecting sparklings like Pokemon, or Megatron (privately) spoiling them rotten?
That's why I don't bother reading 'em anymore. I'd love to see that (If I write it, it'll be a oneshot)!

4) There actually were NO other Seekers aside from Starscream in the beginning, which lead to some experimentation. In other words, Starscream as the creator of Thundercracker, Skywarp, and the Coneheads, and everyone else was just copied/mass-produced from there.

5) Movieverse: Megatron as Optimus’ creator. Because c'mon, did you see how bad a beatdown Optimus received during Mission City? There's gotta be another reason he's still alive.--That, and we all know Megatron is

Yeah, but I'm picturing more of a parent-child relationship than Starscream just shipping off clones left and right. It'd be interesting to see (I think, anyway) how parental Starscream might/could be.
I'm in the middle of planning a fic where Starscream gets a Sparkling (it's a sequel to one of my AllSpark!Sam stories)and gets to raise it with a rescued Skyfire.

2) What if, instead of joining the Decepticons OR the Autobots, Starscream went Neutral during the war? Unknown, until something about him attracts the interest of BOTH groups. (What this “something” is, I don’t know. That’s up to the writer.) Could be his immortal spark. If anyone had any way of detecting it, that is.
I hadn't thought of that. O_o (This came to me after I posted, but) It could also be because he's building weapons and creating alternate ways to get energon for the Neutrals.
Number 1: I can SO totally see this where Soundwave is concerned...and now I have a mental image of him cramming his chest so full of Sparklings that a) the cassetticons get evicted and 2) his chest copartment is slightly stuck open. As for Megatron privately spoiling them rotten? If someone else doesn't write this, then *I WILL!*
