This is more of a "reminder" for myself, but if other people who see my journal are interested too then by all means comment or whatever. xD
After the next Ierden ISBI update I plan on starting up a normal legacy to play alongside the Ierdens. And this legacy will have a theme. :D Everyone loves themes.
The name theme is Ancient Greek Mythology, so Sims born into this legacy will be named after Greek gods, deities, heroes, etc.
And the founder will be a female by the name of Daphne for a certain purpose. The myth behind Daphne was started with Apollo and Eros, when Apollo was making fun of Eros arrows, and because of it Apollo was shot with one of Eros arrows. (For those who don't know, Eros is basically the Greek version of Cupid, and is also the god of love, lust and sex.) Apollo fell in love with the nymph Daphne, although she didn't wish to be married. He chased her into the forest as she ran, and she begged her father to help her, and in doing do he turned her into the first laurel tree, and Apollo took care of and nursed the tree from that point on.
So pretty much, Daphne was the first laurel sapling, which totally reminded me of a legacy tree, in which the founder is the sapling. :'D Deep, amirite? Not all of the Sims names are going to be that deep, however. Although I won't do something obviously random, like put Castor in generation three and have Pollux in generation ten or whatever.
Lol, sorry if this is a stupid entry. (Which it is.) Just keeping it around to remind myself.
