At Lowes Foods Bear saw some lemon cupcakes on sale. I told him I didn't want to buy them, but I'd make him some cupcakes if he really needed them. :p I found a recipe for Lemon Cream Cupcakes at Allrecipes, and they're in the oven now. I made the whole batch (30 cupcakes!) but I can freeze some, or feed some to playgroup on Thursday, or both.
