so des and i were at the laundromat the other night with jason stanton, who drove us there since our car is still in pieces. there was this old redneck there who kept spitting random declarative statements at us. we nodded and smiled, mostly because i don't think any of us understood most of what he was saying. anyway, he took his laundry out to his car, and then he came back in with an armload of freshly-picked corn cobs, laid them down at our feet and then walked out and as he walked out, he turned to us and said, in parting, "they call me Cornholio." get it? cornholio? and he gave us corn?
anyway, obviously we're back in tennessee. working. i hear tell that our car will be all fixed on wednesday. my dad is helping us pay to have it fixed. and des gave her car that her ex-girlfriend left her (it has no title) to the mechanic so he can get a lean on it, get a title, sell it, and put it towards our payment.
well i would write more, but des just made some chicken with the above-mentioned corncobs, so i'm going to go eat. i work again tomorrow. come to the olive garden and ask for kat. i will hook you up.
