Anniversaries can be odd. I'd been dreading today for a long time. Ten years gone after nine years together. Not sure why but for the fact that now he's been gone longer than we were together. Nineteen months later and it looks like I'll be moving Dad back home. With the ever increasing fees at his assisted living facility, the "doughnut hole" phenomenon with his MediGold/Medicare/TriCare insurances, and the fact that I am now making less money than I've made since 1994, it's next to impossible for me to continue to cover the shortage ( Read more... )
