Spring Break
Being in school year round, it's easy to lose track of time off. I missed the last one in the fall and submitted work one week ahead before realizing it. I just checked my school email and classes resume on May 6th. I am so excited to have a week off of studying. Yes, I could use the week to get ahead in macroeconomics, but ugh. I'm going to head to KC and see The Maverick's instead.
This week has been a bevy of work around the house, stripping wallpaper in preparation for new back splash and kitchen floor. Hooray! Taking quotes from lawn care companies to do a spring clean of the yard and take down a dead tree. Hopefully, both of those tasks will be tackled in the next week.
It feels good to feel good about spring cleaning, reawakening, and possibilities to come.
