Craftster regularly has a Dollar-Store Craft Challenge, where participants are called upon to make some badass craft using materials gathered at dollar stores (plus their own glue, tape, thread, and elbow grease). This time the limit was $10... and witwhitherwilt happily accepted the challenge, channelling Tim Gunn and the contestants on Project Runway to create a (mostly) functional, wearable wedding dress out of ordinary Dollar Tree materials.
