I survived! And wrote a record review.
Obviously I'm alive! (though achy and tired. and back at work.)
But I did write a lengthy review of the new Thomas Dolby album, A Map of the Floating City. This isn't just a friendship pimp; I genuinely love this book. It's daring - who these days really tries to reshape and reinterpret Shakespeare? - it's sexy, it's dreamy, it's funny, it's poignant, it's witty, and it's a hellaciously addictive read.
