(no subject)

Strange isn’t it, how things come full-circle. I was just reading my post made back in November; I realize that not a lot has changed. However, I will be embarking upon University in October and I’ve changed my job. I’m back working for a small-start up firm!

I was invited to join Ashley & Darius in developing and selling a new piece of software to the market. The company has been registered as Vecsoft Limited and we’re not trading yet.

Almost a month ago Shanna left and sought a new life in Scotland. I don’t know where to begin on this subject, and I don’t know how to go about expressing my feelings either. Suffice to say it’s been difficult these past few weeks without her.

I will be enrolling to Bournemouth University on the 1st October 2007, studying BSc Software Engineering. Before this however, I will be hoping to take part in some of the social activities of Fresher’s week, to make some friends and enjoy myself.

Dividing my time between being a Director and being a student may not be easy, but the new laptop I bought should make it more manageable.

I’m going to give-in to pressures and signup to MySpace & Facebook. I’ve avoided for so long because I’ve never really liked the layout of these pages and the “friendship-network”. I believe there are two types of friends:

1. Real Friends - Ones who value all aspects of Friendship.
2. Pseudo Friends - Happy to call you friend, but don’t bother valuing it.

I believe MySpace consists largely of the latter type. It’s a network of meaningless relationships. I’ve decided to join because… I may as well join in the “meaningless relationship network” in hope that I’ll find some real friends! Pigs may fly too.
