The email I just received from the MTA was sent by a programmer. How do I know that? Well the message formatting is very basic, text-only. And look at the creative use of the asterisk! It's soooo 1999 (just like me)!

I've been tasked at work to evaluate Drupal vs. Joomla vs. Mambo vs. (any other credible, cheap PHP-based CMS I can find).
