I've been told there used to be a working police station in this city, and I'm interested in getting it back into some semblance of working order. Is there someone I should speak to, to avoid stepping on anyones jurisdictional toes?

I'll take it there is someone there I should talk to, then?

Discedo doesn't need a police force to try to play leader again.

Playing leader is not my intention, Kamui-san. This city is not my Division.

If I can keep an entire division running smoothly with a lieutenant who absolutely refuses to do any paperwork, this shouldn't be any trouble.

I don't think they've ever done much paperwork around here, but you have no idea what kind of trouble people manage to do without being stopped around here.

I can guess. I'm willing to try, at any rate.

[OH IT'S YOU AGAIN.]

Last I knew someone was living there. Might want to check before you start moving yourself in.

[it's a small world after all]

Thank you for the information. I'll be sure to keep it in mind, though I won't be living in the building.

[Only explanation for the reason you get to share my good company twice in one week.]

Figure of speech. She might object if you literally tried to room with her out of the blue. Dunno if she'd mind you using the building though.

If she is using the building, then I will respect any decision she has on the matter.

People that are supposed to uphold the law and defend civilians.

These are not two separate tasks in this time?

Generally, when civilians are in danger, a law of some kind is being broken. They go hand in hand.
