I've been told there used to be a working police station in this city, and I'm interested in getting it back into some semblance of working order. Is there someone I should speak to, to avoid stepping on anyones jurisdictional toes?

If I can keep an entire division running smoothly with a lieutenant who absolutely refuses to do any paperwork, this shouldn't be any trouble.

I don't think they've ever done much paperwork around here, but you have no idea what kind of trouble people manage to do without being stopped around here.

What happens on our end of Gohl Avenue, any trouble, always goes through us who stay here handling it first. Meaning I'd rather your patrols keep out, we keep our own watch.

If we need police force help otherwise, we'll ask for it. But it's our call.

If some troublemaker holes up in our territory, we'll negotiate if you want 'em.

But we've always taken care ourselves.
