I've been told there used to be a working police station in this city, and I'm interested in getting it back into some semblance of working order. Is there someone I should speak to, to avoid stepping on anyones jurisdictional toes?

Generally, when civilians are in danger, a law of some kind is being broken. They go hand in hand.

I do not know. However, given the state of the city, it is doubtful that any remaining laws are upheld.
