Researchers at John Hopkins University have succesfully cracked some high-profile RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) systems like vehicle immobilizer keys and electronic payment systems, and they detail their research on their site. I think it's just scary that car keys can now be stolen digitally by a guy with a laptop sitting nearby. One more reason for me to shun cars altogether.
