Ok first, about a month ago, while I was at the beach on vacation I noticed that my finger that I wear my wedding band and engagement ring on started turning red and becoming painful. I found 101 Cookbooks this morning and more specifically found this Toasted Pumpkin Seed recipe, which I will be making in the next 2 weeks or so, for sure. I'm really looking forward to seeing how the Sweet & Spicy recipe turns out. I've actually horded quite a few new recipes I want to try relatively soon.
