I was pretty lethargic for plyo yesterday.  I'd had a slice of cake earlier in the day and that completely messed up my eating schedule.  Gotta remember to constantly eat during the day or I always end up running on empty when I get home.

Chest is pretty sore from Monday's workout.  I've got a slightly limited range of motion (putting on my shirt this morning was hell).  I don't remember what tonight's workout is, but I know there is only one goal:  DESTROY ALL BLACK TEKIS!!
