Again, it felt awesome to go back to a workout we did at the beginning.  Since it was all weights this time, it was a huge change using 5lb heavier dumbells than last month.  Still, I was able to get almost the same results I was getting at the end of the first month.

I remember the first time I did this workout and got to the side tri-rises, I thought to myself "maybe p90x is too much for me to do without being in decent shape beforehand".  Right after that I thought "but I gotta beat that goddamn Black Teki".  Now that last exercise is cake.  Definitely feeling the burn though.  Tomorrow will be interesting considering how sore I'm likely to be.
