Plyo's were completed.  Was a bit rough since I really took it easy over the break, but mostly because the day prior i played so much basketball.  That made my ankles pretty sore and tight, which in turn made it difficult to do some of the plyo stuff.  But overall a good workout.  Going to really kick the shit out of myself tonight to prove to teki that he is no where near me in fitness!
