I also skipped stretching on Monday. I learned MySQL over the weekend and wanted that extra hour to do some code testing.
Then came Tuesday, which I absolutely destroyed. I don't know if it's the month since I did that particular workout last or the NO I took, but I was actually doubling a couple of my old reps. And I was definitely saving energy the first time through, so I really beat the crap out of my old second sets. Also upped my weights to 22.5. Hoping to fast-track to 25lbs within a week or two, even if it might be better to ease into it a bit more.
Also noticed I beat a couple of the Teki's scores, which is always nice. Soon I will be not only the most handsome teki, but the strongest as well. I noticed there's no Ab Ripper listed for ol' BlackT? I'll wait for the avalanche of excuses.
Was carrying around >1/4 of my body weight yesterday to and from work (about a mile each way) in my backpack. I could tell it was heavy, but it didn't really seem like it weighed me down. A tiny bit less today (about 35 lbs). When I switch to 25lb dumbells, I'll have to go back to my normal 30lb backpack unless I buy more weights.
Six pack is starting to look more and more probable in the coming weeks. The line that defines the bottom pair is slowly gaining some definition. Hopefully this serves to humiliate and demean my teki.
