Woo. Very tired. My legs hurt a lot from yesterday. My second go on the eliptical discouraged me due to it being a bit tidious, but Im going to fight through it. I have to :) I may look into getting fitness items (like fat burners and protien drinks) soon. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow.
We went over 4 miles today! Woo! We may up the weight the next time we do tricep pulls. We'll see.
Eliptical: 30 minutes ~2.76 miles
3 sets of 20 reps at 60 pounds on seated row
3 sets of 20 reps at 80 pounds on lat pull down
3 sets of 20 reps at 20 pounds on tricep pull down
3 sets of 20 reps at 55 pounds on chest press
3 sets of 20 reps at 90? pounds on pec fly
Eliptical: 15 minutes ~1.35 miles
