Couldnt go yesterday so I made up for it a bit today. Today was legs/lower body and I usually dont try hard but today I did. My shirt was soaked (as you'll see)
Eliptical: 30 minutes- 2.75 miles
3 sets of 20 reps at 80 pounds seated leg curl
3 sets of 20 reps at 80 pounds leg extension
3 sets of 20 reps at 125 pounds back extension
3 sets of 20 reps at 125 pounds standing calf extension
Eliptical: 10 minutes- .91 miles
tomorrow we do arms and instead of extra 10 we do extra 15 eliptical :)
