MySpace week 3 recap

So this week I had to not go a couple of days due to just not being able to go. Busy busy. Lots has happened this week beyond the gym so its been a tough week. That being said I think I did work strong this week and I did weigh myself today. Sadly it said I had only lost one pound :( But that's okay. I know water weight is a factor and the fact that Im gaining muscle too. I'm dissapointed but it just means I need to work harder. Cutting back isn't enough, I'll have to revamp my diet and consider supplements (Protien drinks and the like). Oh well. If something isn't worth fighting for then it's not worth having :) On the nice side I'm doing 11 minute miles on the eliptical now!

WEEK 3 (January 21-27)

MONDAY
30 minutes eliptical ~2.75 miles
3 sets of 20 reps at 60 pounds seated row
3 sets of 20 reps at lat pull down (100/60/60)
3 sets of 20 reps at 65 pounds pec fly
3 sets of 20 reps at 40 pounds chest press
3 sets of 20 reps at 20 pounds tricep pull
3 sets of 20 reps at 20 pounds free weight

TUESDAY
Eliptical: 30 minutes ~ 2.71 miles
3 sets of 20 reps at 125 pounds on Back extension
3 sets of 20 reps at 50 pounds leg curl

WEDNESDAY
Off due to family stuff

THURSDAY
Eliptical- 30 minutes ~2.74 miles
3 sets of 20 reps at 60 pounds on seated row
3 sets of 20 reps at 20 pounds tricep pull down
3 sets of 20 reps at 80 pounds on lat pull down
3 sets of 20 reps at 40 pounds chest press
3 sets of 20 reps at 80 pounds pec fly

FRIDAY
Off due to family stuff

SATURDAY
Eliptical: 30 minutes- 2.75 miles
3 sets of 20 reps at 80 pounds seated leg curl
3 sets of 20 reps at 80 pounds leg extension
3 sets of 20 reps at 125 pounds back extension
3 sets of 20 reps at 125 pounds standing calf extension
Eliptical: 10 minutes- .91 miles

SUNDAY
Eliptical: 30 minutes ~2.76 miles
3 sets of 20 reps at 60 pounds on seated row
3 sets of 20 reps at 80 pounds on lat pull down
3 sets of 20 reps at 20 pounds on tricep pull down
3 sets of 20 reps at 55 pounds on chest press
3 sets of 20 reps at 90? pounds on pec fly
Eliptical: 15 minutes ~1.35 miles

WEEK 4 EXPECTATIONS

Well.. Like I said. I'm a bit dissapointed. So I may just want to work harder (hopefully). So the plan now is to step it up to 35/15 on the eliptical for the week. This weeks legs is the first time I really tried hard at them and I could feel it. So I may have to start doing something like "Legs, Arms, Off" for days because its plain hard to walk. We'll see what happens. I'll ask a trainer for more exercises to do. I also need to consider supplements. Its going to be an interesting week.
