All Knowledge Is Contained In LiveJournal: graduate degrees in folklore

Dear f'list,

Every time I've posted here about a problem that I face, you've helped me in some way.

Currently, I'm trying to decide where to go to graduate school.  Although my undergraduate degree will be in history, folklore interests me more than any other form of study.  Songs and ballads, most of all, but traditional stories, fairy tales, epics, folk poetry, legends--I like all of those.  I would love to find a master's degree program that enabled me to study folksongs or storytelling.

negothick  has been encouraging me to apply for a scholarship to graduate school, and I'd love to.  I'd also love to study in the UK or Ireland, to which countries there are a couple of good scholarships potentially available.  Before all that, though, I need to figure out where I can study what I like.  Does anyone know of a good graduate program in folklore, traditional song, or any related subject?  negothick  suggested that I ask here, and I think she's right.  If you know of anything remotely like this, please to point me towards it.

As ever,
Teeny
