Dad headed home on Tuesday (via 24hrs in CA) and arrived back in Australia on Friday morning (Oz time). It was a great visit, on the whole.

My brother had bought Dad a digital camera and was under strict instructions to use it. We made sure he did as he was told.

My Dad arrives next Tuesday for potentially 6wks. Wow! He is taking various little side trips here and there, so it's not 6wks straight. This trip has been in the works for 6mths. It feels weird that he is almost here. I am looking forward to seeing him and spending time catching up. I have taken my own advice and made a mental list of little jobs ( Read more... )
