SPN 605: Live Free or Twi Hard
Okay, Sam and Dean in the girl's bedroom... almost makes up for any heartache happening later. Not quite, but I had to hit pause twice to laugh so definitely almost.
Also, Dean's conversation with the guy in the alley... "Does it work?" Bwah!
And then we hit the serious. Thank god I was totally spoiled for this (and the next three episodes) because I'm not sure I could have watched it cold.

What do you know, you got it right. Becoming a vampire really does make you prettier. I mean, Jensen was pretty at 14 minutes but he's freakin' holy crap gorgeous at 20 minutes.

That last bit at the car? Christ on a cracker but these guys are under appreciated as actors. Okay, not by us, but whoa there were layers under the layers under an eyebrow rise under a glance under a narrowed gaze.
And now Dean can add to the brother/Lisa/Ben angst he's carrying, the knowledge that he killed a group of teenage girls who might have been saved. Sure, not being Winchesters and thus pretty much immune to dying at this point means they probably wouldn't have survived the cure but he took away their chance. Ouch. ETA: My bad. As was discussed in comments, the girls couldn't have been saved because they'd drank human blood so less angst for Dean. Um... yay.
