So, I had an interview at the local Sears yesterday for a part-time sales position, and I have my orientation scheduled for next week. I'm optimistic that this means I will be hired, though I don't want to jinx myself. But assuming I do get the job, do any of you have advice about starting off at Sears, or the retail sales industry in general? Also, it seems kind of redundant to send a follow-up letter, since I'll arrive at the office before it does. Should I do so anyway?
