Okay, so these are poorly named because I definitely don't do it weekly, but go with what you've got.
So I'm sitting here with fierce menstrual cramps (yeah, I said it), listening to some tunes, hoping my medication kicks in so I can go out for a run. (Did I mention I've joined a Gaelic Football team and I desperately need to be in shape for it?)
But, anyway, a song came on called "Your Ghost" by Greg Laswell. I recently downloaded it. I don't know what it is that I kind of love about this song. It tickles something in the back of my brain that I can't quite get to. There's some kind of memory attached to a song like it deep in my mind.
Here's the song:

So that's kind of my championing.
But I discovered the song watching Grey's Anatomy because it's at the end of an episode I have a tendency to watch a lot. A sixth season episode called Invasion. It's a classic. A really good episode, and not just because I'm a devout Callie and Arizona fan (but mostly because of that).
Not only does it feature the Mercy West residential invasion and (SPOILER ALERT) Izzie (finally) getting fired from the hospital and her leaving Alex, it also features a really powerful confrontation between Callie and her traditional father about her relationship with Arizona as well as the instantly quotable line, "You can't pray away the gay!"
I mean . . . C'mon. This is just good acting.

But it also features the mother of all Arizona speeches. And that woman can deliver a speech (better than anyone on the show except for maybe Bailey but she's Bailey so . . . you know).

Frankly, it's one of my favorite scenes in the history of ever. I can kind of imagine how many non-straight people were watching that scene and were kind of like, "Oh shit" at the end and then, like, cried because Arizona Robbins is fictional and they can't have her themselves. I know I did.
In conclusion, this week I am championing the Greg Laswell song, the Grey's Anatomy episode Invasion, and Dr. Arizona Robbins, the best fictional girlfriend/wife ever (barring a few ridiculous out of character moments in season seven, of course).
