In July, I went down to Carbondale to be with Jenn for a few days.  She and her daughter and I went to the new middle eastern restaurant in town and my FAVORITE was the dessert: Masoub.  It's also called Masoob or Malikia.  I looked up a few recipes and then kit-bashed them to better fit what we had had.  This is how I am doing it ( Read more... )
