Fern's pie crust

We're always looking for this, so I should put it here, eh?



2 1/4 C flour
1 C lard
some salt
~1/3 C water

Blend together everything but the water until dough forms pea-sized lumps. Add water to proper consistency. Roll out on floured surface.

Notes: Handle as little as possible. Makes two thick 9 inch crusts (1 doublecrust pie) or four thin ones.
