Dry Needling Awesome

So I've been suffering terribly with my shoulder over the last while. I'd had Helen look at it but the deep tissue work that she does I just don't get on with as it really hurts. I'm okay with chiropractic adjustments but the deep tissue rally hurts. She recently went on a dry needling course, which is the medical version of acupuncture, more muscle reaction to needles than aligning your chakras. The principal of it is that if you have a tight muscle and put a needle into it the muscle relaxes in order to release the needle.

She did this treatment on me last night and I went from barely able to move before it to now, still a bit achey but full range of movement has been returned. You can barely feel the needle in your muscle and its a thoroughly lovely experience. I cant recommend it enough, brilliant technique and incredibly fast reacting.

Just thought I'd tell you about it.
