I love comic-book shopping. <3
I always find really awesome stuff.
Visited Half-Price Books Wednesday and made a beeline for the comics section. They had a small little side shelf section for "Kids comics" and I immediately spotted an issue of The Batman Strikes that I didn't have and got really excited. Then got even more excited when I also found TWO BACK-ISSUES OF TEEN TITANS GO! THAT I DIDN'T HAVE HECK YES. I'm always happy to find issues of TTG since I have been dedicatedly trying to complete my collection. (With these two new additions, I have 23 left to go. Yay!)
Oh and I also found a vintage 80s Wolfman-Perez New Teen Titans issue. It begins the "Terror of Trigon" arc. Awesomesauce.

No Ordinary Family

Oh be still my heart. I was vehemently opposed to the two of them at first, given that Joshua AKA "Watcher" was working for the Big Bad and seemed to only be dating Katie as a way to get close to the Powell family. But then Joshua showed that no, his love for Katie was FOR REALS and screw the Bid Bad, he doesn't want his powers anymore and he wants to be with the woman he loves.
And then proposed.
It ended... badly after that for a while, but it was adorable and sweet nonetheless.
And then they got back together and had babies. Totally not an excuse to post this gif.
