Ever send photos to a magazine?
If you ever send photos to a magazine for publication, for the love of all that is good and holy please:
• make sure the photo isn't blurry
• if is a print you scanned, don't eat fried chicken and get your greasy fingerprints all over the photo and the scanner bed before you scan the photo
Yes, I know I have Photoshop, as do most people who design magazines for a living, but even with retouching photos for about 10 years, there's only so much I can do before your photo starts looking like it's ready for the Weekly World News -- and I don't work for them.
