I'll definitely complete the course - now in my last term, and the old man'll not be happy if I quit halfway (I want that Honours degree too!) The long chat's more like a what-I'm-gonna-do-after-getting-the-degree ( ... )

The key to not working for your Dad isn't being obstinate. Your brother can also chose to quit working for your Dad if he wants to. The key is whether you can find work for yourself. Go forth and find a job to support yourself, and presto! No more listening to your Dad. So that's the real issue you should focus on, not on how much your Dad will be yelling ( ... )
