I spoke with the LP Manager today, Brian Raymond. I told him about my little hardship about trying to get out to the home office out in Framingham, MA. As well with how long I've been with the company (5 years), and my edicational background. He said that I could write Demos Parneros, the Vice President of US Sales and explain how I feel I am being discouraged as an associate. As well with talk to my District Manager about going into the Manager In Training Program and becoming an assistant manager.
As well with I am talking with the University of Cincinnati about taking on a job in the pre-press dept. But I'm not too sure if I want to go that route or not.
It's a crazy thing going on in my life!!!!
