rice and kale

cooked 3C brown rice (some red) with 6C broth (4 veg, 2 chic).  Added about a head of sliced garlic, and several grinds of grilling seasoning.  Cooked a while, then added more water as needed.  Chilled, for other reasons.
Added more water, reheated, added kale (had to take some rice gurp out; double-boilered it with a metal bowl), cooked an hour or 2, added tuna, turned off.  It still kind of needed something, but a bit of salt seemed to do the trick.  Decent enough gurp.
