*sigh*
United Airlines still hasn't credited me back my mileage points that they had lost... at this rate I won't be able to reserve a ticket in time for my vacation, which then drops me back to: what will I do for my vacation?
It starts in exactly 2 weeks.
Had a good scare on my way into work. Was stopped at a light and noticed that the engine temperature of the jeep was a little high. Not exceptionally so by any stretch, but higher then I am normally used to seeing it during a drive into work. Looked up and swore I could see a hint of smoke coming out from under the hood. Panicked and started looking for the next side-street that I could pull off into when the temperature suddenly dived back down to what I normally see. At this point I can't even confirm if there was smoke (or steam, or whatever) coming out from under the hood, or if it was just a trick of the angle/light with the exhaust from the car in front of me. Either way it got the blood pumping quite good. I NEED to get rid of that thing at this point. Can't wait to get the bike back.
Was notified that our W-2s were available online today, so I've already gotten them and e-filed both my Federal and State taxes. The Federal, I think, is the highest I've ever gotten. The State, the lowest.
