Yesterday my external hard drive refused to start up. All of my photographs and artwork are on that drive. [Insert Panic] Chris and I spent part of the day trying to figure out how to pull the information. Western Digital does not help with data recovery unfortunately. DAMN! I ordered a replacement power cord two months ago and was sent the wrong part. Last month I called and they assured me the right one was on the way. Today my power cord broke this = no laptop.
