day seven

wow. seven days with no bread, no cheating.

[applause, applause...]

on the other hand, after a somewhat expensive trip to target this evening, i've decided that i really can't ever go back. the store closest to me is doing a remodel and no longer carries my cat litter brand, so i really have no reason to. NO MORE TARGET. since i can't resist the temptation when i'm there, i will simply not go there. (kinda like not having chips in the house)

breakfast: one chicken thigh, banana/strawberry smoothie with water and 1 T peanut butter
lunch: chicken/veggie soup, one small sweet potato
snack: grapes, pineapple & half an orange
dinner: beef chili and half a potato (with a little butter)
dessert: TWO energy balls (a reward for the almost-no-dairy day)

exercise:
3 ten minute walks to/from work & target
1 hour pacing through store (it has to count, otherwise my feet wouldn't be so sore)

still feeling sicky, but took meds today so the symptoms (falsly) are not as bad

and yes, i should go to bed RIGHTNOW.

ps- i would like to add that i am VERY PROUD of myself for NOT eating conor's leftover bread with peanut butter. i used to eat the crusts that he doesn't, and now i just throw them away, rather than treating my body like a trash can.
