no bread, no bread, no bread...
it's not actually that bad, i usually have a potato instead, but my go-to snack being gone has forced me to be a lot more creative. instead of peanut butter toast, i have an apple with peanut butter. instead of toast with butter, i have a potato. that's gotta be better for me, right?!
food:
breakfast: banana, strawberry & coconut water smoothie, 2 hard boiled eggs, tea with milk and one tsp honey
lunch: sweet potato, chicken vegetable soup, tea with honey
snack: apple with 2 T peanut butter
dinner: beef chili, half a potato, tea with honey
dessert: one energy ball
i was less hungry today- don't know if that's an adjustment to the diet or a function of my head cold. (hence all the tea with honey)
still no exercise today. maybe tomorrow if i'm feeling better, but right now i need sleep.
